Yes. Our artisans follow your DIY design sequence bead-by-bead. The type of crystals, the order of stones, and the specific charms you selected on the board will be exactly reflected in the physical bracelet you receive. We treat your creativity with the utmost respect.

While we match the stone type and sequence perfectly, please remember that lucky-crystal uses 100% natural gemstones. Just like a fingerprint, every natural stone has its own unique internal world—including natural ice cracks, mineral clouds, or slight color depths. These are not defects, but the authentic soul of the Earth that makes your DIY creation truly one-of-a-kind.

Since each piece is custom-built based on your specific DIY configuration, we begin the hand-stringing process shortly after verification. If you need to make urgent changes, please contact us at service@lucky-crystal.com within 2 hours of your purchase. Once the bracelet is crafted, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on design preference.
