CUSTOM & DIY PRODUCTS

Every DIY bracelet is a one-of-a-kind creation handcrafted specifically for you based on your unique design sequence.
• Because these items are personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds for "change of mind" or personal style preferences once the order has been verified and crafted.
• We strongly recommend reviewing your bead sequence on the DIY board carefully before checkout.

NATURAL VARIATIONS

Our gemstones are gifts from the Earth. Natural inclusions, internal fractures (ice cracks), and slight color variations are signatures of authenticity and natural beauty. These unique characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund.

14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

For non-custom items (such as pre-designed collections or accessories), we have a 14-day return policy.
To be eligible, the item must be:
1. In the same condition as received (unworn and unused).
2. In its original packaging with all tags attached.
3. Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

If your order arrives damaged during transit or if we made a mistake in your DIY sequence, please contact us immediately at service@lucky-crystal.com. We will evaluate the situation and arrange a replacement or repair at our expense.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved: The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

EU residents have a 14-day right to cancel orders. However, this right does not extend to custom-made or clearly personalized goods, such as our DIY custom bracelets.
