At lucky-crystal, we offer worldwide shipping to bring positive energy and handcrafted healing crystals to you, wherever you are. Since every bracelet is a unique piece designed or chosen by you, we handle every order with the utmost care and intention.
1. ORDER VERIFICATION
We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified.
Custom Design Notice: Considering the handcrafting and assembly process starts immediately after verification, orders generally cannot be canceled once they enter this stage. However, if you notice an error in your design, please contact us within 2 hours of placement, and we will try our best to find a solution.
2. PROCESSING & HANDCRAFTING
All orders are processed and packed with care within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For our DIY custom bracelets, this time allows our artisans to hand-string your design to your exact specifications and conduct a final quality inspection.
3. SHIPPING ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following transit time estimates:

*Note: Currently, we do not provide standard shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Please contact us for a specific quote if you reside in these areas.
4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
- Tracking Info: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- How to Track: You can check the real-time status on the "My Orders" page of your account or via the link provided in your confirmation email.
5. MULTIPLE ITEMS
We try to ensure all your items arrive at the same time. Occasionally, depending on the product type and protection requirements, items may be sent in separate packages. You will receive a notification for each package sent out.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
lucky-crystal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
7. DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong design, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
